Delivery & Returns
After receiving the item, you will have 7 business days to exchange or to receive a store credit. Once the item is received, if you wish to have a store credit, you will receive an email notifying that your item was returned and you will receive a code with the amount of the return.
All items must be in the same condition as received and must have the tags on the item for an exchange or for store credit.

The Story
MOss Boutique is located on a quaint Historic Street in St Charles, just down the street from where the owner, Nicole Moss-Doelger was born and raised. Nicole has always had a passion for fashion and creativity which led her to begin her career as a fashion designer in Los Angeles. She returned home to be closer to family in 2007 and began to design and create with her mother, which has evolved into MOss Boutique in 2009.
While Nicole has retired from doing designs from scratch, her experience in the fashion industry still influences every part of the boutique today, from curated collections that are on trend to the wide variety of clothes, accessories and shoes that her customers love today.

MOss is located in a quaint historic area where there is always something to do, from nationally known festivals to exploring trails off the banks of the Missouri River. Come shop with us before grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many local eateries and taking a walk through the beautiful town.
